HOW TO JOIN SHOSEIKAN?
Shoseikan Canada welcomes everyone to find out more about us. No Matter you are a beginner or have been training in karate or any other martial arts for years, we are still welcome you.

WHY JOIN SHOSEIKAN?
Fitness: Karate helps you to develop and maintain a well balanced body and increases your fitness up to your personal maximum. The Karate exercise involve the use of the whole body, enhancing flexibility, muscle strength and stamina.
Concentration & Self Esteem: Shoseikan Karate does not only benefit your body, but improves your character as well. Though proper and effective training, we target to assist our members to achieve confident, values of respect, harmony, self-control, discipline and responsibility, on top of fitness.
Traditional: Goju-Ryu is one of the original styles of Traditional Karate, and has proved to be efficient as a martial art ever since its creation.
Highest Quality: Shoseikan is well-organized Karate club, which with a long history in Japan Karate history. The genealogy shows that we are well-trained, from experience and famous Karate Instructors. The Chief Instructor of Shoseikan Canada, Sensei Henry Chan, who has 4th Dan Blackbelt qualification and NCCP certificate.
Flexible Training Schedule: Shoseikan Canada offers a flexible training schedule, up to FIVE times a week!
Suitable for Anyone and for all ages: Shoseikan Karate is suitable for women and men of all ages. We also offer a kid program, from ages 4-9.

WE ARE NCCP CERTIFIED!
Shoseikan Canada is proud to announce that beginning September 2008, all of its instructors are NCCP certified. NCCP is the recognized national standard for certification in 65 different sports including karate. Our aim is to continually provide our instructors the tools to deliver a karate program of the highest callibre.
